In this hands-on class, participants will learn from Chef Jimmy techniques in smoking fish, chicken and cheese at home. Learn also:-
- Types of wood chips and how it affect the taste
- Types of BBQ sauces
- Home-smoking techniques
- Prepare your customised dry rub
After the class, participants can sit back and enjoy their smoked meats with a complimentary bottle of beer or beverage of their choice. Chef Jimmy will also be presenting his slow-smoked Pulled Pork & Chicken as part of the meal.
